Return and exchange of goods

Return of products of poor quality:

• If you receive a defective product, an incomplete product, or a product with a modification that does not match your order, we will exchange the product or refund your money.
• You may return the product if you discover mechanical damage or a significant visual difference between the product description on the website and the actual product upon receipt.

Instructions for acceptance of goods:

• Carefully inspect the item upon delivery. Ensure that it is the correct model, size, color, and complete, and that you are satisfied with the quality of the delivered item.

•  If you notice any damage or discrepancies in the item's appearance, please note this on the delivery note or acceptance report immediately before the courier departs.

• Photograph any damage or discrepancies.
• If a defect is discovered upon receipt of the goods, which was not your fault, or if the incorrect modification or model of the product was delivered, we will replace and return the item free of charge, provided that you notify us of the discovered defects in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
• Product exchanges or refunds are processed only after the item has arrived at our warehouse in Moscow and has been inspected for condition and quality by our specialists.
• To receive a refund, you must complete an application. You must attach a document confirming the purchase and terms of the purchase (invoice or sales receipt).
• Returns of goods purchased remotely are made within seven days of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned include:

• Custom-made products where the quality and characteristics of the manufactured goods correspond to the parameters approved by the buyer.
• Products that were delivered unassembled but were assembled by the buyer.
• A product of proper quality, unless its presentation, packaging, consumer properties, and documents confirming the purchase (sales receipt or cash register receipt) are preserved. A product of proper quality can be returned if its presentation (packaging, seals, and tags) are preserved, its consumer properties, and documents confirming the purchase and terms of purchase (sales receipt or cash register receipt) are preserved.

IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER!

• If the product package consists of multiple components, you must return all components. Only complete products will be accepted for return!
• If you refuse the goods after their delivery, you must arrange for their return to the warehouse yourself.
